Hope Reformed is shepherded by a plurality of elders. The elders are responsible for the spiritual oversight and education of the church as mandated by the Scriptures. They are to support, not supersede the primary role of the believing husbands and fathers to lead their own families in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. (Ephesians 6:4)

The elders of Hope Church are:

Bo Skeen: Bo is the husband of Jan, father of 4 children, ages, 18 to 11. Bo serves as our primary teaching elder. Bo is a graduate of Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fortworth, Texas. He enjoys time with his family and when he has a little spare time, fly fishing the beautiful San Juan River.

Dennis Haroldson : Dennis is the husband of Tracy and father of 6 children, ages 20 to 6 . He also serves as worship leader. Dennis is a fine woodworker, musician and heads up his family's traveling fiddle band, Desert Skies.
